Don’t know ask a graphic arts designer, go visit one at a print shop and just ask them or a sign shop they are usually friendly I’ve only used Illustrator, which is quite good. Freehand and corelDraw are popular too. I THINK autocad is a bit advanced. I think it’s for creating 3d stuff. If you simply want to create vector graphics just choose one of them: illustrator, freehand or corelDraw. You do not need to learn all of them. They all do basically the same thing anyway.
