I have a fairly simple piece of graphic made in Studio 3D Max, and want to be able to open it up in illustrator. Re-drawing it wouldn’t work. You can export 3ds max shapes directly to Illustrator using file export and choosing .ai as the file type, but this may not give you what you want. It gives you a flat, 2d version and only works on shape objects: There used to be a plugin called swift3d that would export your views as flash (.swf) files that you could then import into Illustrator, but I think this hasn’t been updated in years. The Max export to .AI has never worked as advertised. Only software evangelists types will claim this is functioning feature. I only have a mere 16 years with Max. The other option is to render solid colors at high res and use Vectormagic, this is the best and cheapest option with modern builds of max. You can extract edges as splines, and then export to AI. You can export to DWG too, Illustrator and most other vector programs read that too. I believe up to 2007 version. If I make a scene with instance objects within 3DS Max, can I get UE4 to recognize them as instances instead of unique meshes? Because it is an event that combines drinking, smoked meats, cleavage, and violence – the four most popular things in America. Add on top of that the rich and imaginative fantasy and the opportunity to spend money on stuff, and you have greatness. As to why the Renaissance and not other time periods such as the Civil War – well, Americans like the fantasy middle ages. Only about half the par… To prove my point that Hitler / the Nazi regime continues to enjoy open admiration in China, see one of many cars I have spotted over the years covered with Nazi symbols. This one was right a… Are there sound economic reasons, such as increased wealth creation, for progressive taxation, or are the justifications for it ultimately always moral ones? I’d argue that the primary reason is not economic nor moral but political. A progressive tax allows the state to grow itself further than would be politically supported with a flat tax. But via a progressive tax the state can grow and maintain political support on the basis that most of the electorate can tell themselves that, ‘the other guy’ is paying more. In other words, it allows a poli… Source.
