The concept of Central Europe remains a subject of debate. With this Europe at all all all confusing. It turns out it consists of five parts: southern, Western, Eastern, Northern and Central Europe. And someone else selects the South-East. We will refer to Austria, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland to the countries of Central Europe.
It should be noted that the above classification of countries in Europe is not particularly used. Local residents are rather convinced that their States should be distributed to the regions on a completely different principle, referring either to the Eastern or Western part of the “Old World”.
One pole of modern Central Europe is represented by Switzerland or Austria, which are considered more prosperous. They sell the best quality products, high level of services, calm political situation, reliable and stable economy. The other pole is represented by such countries as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland. These States are called less Prim, but loyal enough. Where in the middle of them Germany is the most powerful state in the region.
- Austria: Vienna
- Hungary: Budapest
- Germany: Berlin
- Poland: Warsaw
- Slovakia: Bratislava
- Slovenia: Ljubljana
- Czech Republic: Prague
- Switzerland: Berne
Central Europe includes countries with a long history and culture. Probably, therefore, they are able to surprise anyone and attract tourists. In Austria and Switzerland, for example, the flow of visitors in winter and summer is about the same, most of which usually come to explore the country or leisure.
The highlight of these two countries — ski resorts, various excursions and recreation at a comfortable low temperature (not everyone needs heat and sea). Vienna is considered the musical capital of the world. There are a huge number of concert halls, and the most famous of them is the Vienna Opera, which annually hosts the most famous musicians and performers.
In Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic offer quality and inexpensive vacation.
In Slovakia, tourists are happy to spend their holidays among the mountains and lakes.
There are many nature reserves in Poland.
In Hungary, preserve areas with wild and almost virgin nature.
Someone Central Europe attracts the opportunity to improve health, because there is traditionally a high level of medicine, or just visit the healing thermal springs. Well, the number of ancient castles, museums, and Breweries in this part of the continent is that probably nothing to compare.
