transforming simple b/w graphic to a vector file – Questions – Affinity | Forum

You currently have javascript disabled. Several functions may not work. Please re-enable javascript to access full functionality. I have a simple black/white logo as tiff and I want to vectorize this, meaning creating a new vector file. To create a vector image from a non vector image you would have to trace it. At the moment there is no auto trace tool within Affinity Designer however this is something that may be added in the future as it has been requested in the past. You would have to trace the images by hand using the Pen Tool. I have included some links to tutorials below if you are not sure of how to use this tool. I hope this helps Thanks for you quick reply. But isn´t there any workaround to save a mask (that was created in AP) as a new shape in AD? Thanks for you quick reply.
